I had an excellent experience with the valet team — especially Antoine and Jatayia. Both were incredibly professional, friendly, and quick. They handled everything with care and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customers. Definitely a 5-star team — thank you both for making my visit so easy and pleasant!
Great location near music center and Broadway area. Just a few minutes walk to all the best the neighborhood has to offer. The breakfast buffet is a bit expensive for what it is, normally this sort of breakfast is included, not extra. But the food was good. Staff is nice and helpful. Jackson went out of his way to help with my bags. The bars and restaurant are very enjoyable. Overall, for the price, I'd stay here again when returning to Nashville!
Great hotel. Updated, quiet and comfortable rooms, great service, pet friendly, elevators fast. Highly recommend. I’ve lived in Nashville for 20 years and this is my favorite spot. Close to broadway if that’s your jam but far enough to have a peaceful rest.
Valet Antwuan was fantastic! Great help with my luggage. Friendly and respectful. Great location- not too far from Broadway but far enough for less commotion. Rochelle at the bar in the restaurant and in the lobby was phenomenal. Super friendly and always smiling. Debbie at the front desk was also very friendly, helpful and kind. Overall wonderful experience
Staff was super nice and very accommodating. I have to point out Richard who was the first person I was greeted by at the valet and last person I spoke to on my way out. He was awesome! Super friendly and willing to do anything to make your experience a great one. Well done sir!!
Amazing hotel in the downtown area super close to everything we wanted to do. Walking around downtown is akin to Vegas or New Orleans. Everywhere is something to do, some place to see. Walking distance to the stadium. Walking distance to the Ryman auditorium. Walking to the hall of Fame. Staff was super friendly.
The Hotel is in walking distance to Broadway. Kayla at the valet was so friendly and great! Latisha, at the front desk was fabulous helpful with check in and full of information of places to go. Definitely say hi to both when you get here
Came for SCI show, nice within walking distance of the event. Nagwa was a huge help during getting food at the hotel; she was nice, attentive, and polite during my stay.
